You are responsible for providing accurate information about your organisation and intended research use when requested. We may decline orders that do not meet applicable legal or product-use requirements.

Review the product description, specifications, and available documentation before ordering. Images may illustrate packaging concepts; the written specifications and information confirmed for your order describe the goods supplied.
Analytical results relate to the sample and methods identified in the relevant report. They do not establish suitability for every research application. Contact us before ordering if you need a particular specification or document.
04Orders and acceptance
Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when placing an order. Check the products, quantities, price, and delivery details before submitting your purchase. Contact us promptly if you need to correct any information.
If an order cannot be fulfilled because of unavailable stock, payment issues, or legal restrictions, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund for goods we cannot supply. Material changes to an agreed order require your agreement or another lawful basis.
05Prices and payment
